PILF Professor Series

The PILF Programming Team is excited to announce a new series of events geared towards 1Ls:

The PILF Professor Series. These events will take place during three lunch times where students will have a chance to speak informally with 1L professors about their practice experience in a public interest field. This year’s professor series will cover three areas – youth justice, civil rights, and criminal justice. Please be aware PILF is capping each lunch at 15 students to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate in the discussion.

Please RSVP your spot here. The professors featured this year can be found below:

Youth Justice – Professor Farbman and Professor Bratt – Passed

Criminal Justice – Professor Koh and Professor Farber – 3/16 at 12PM

Civil Rights – Professor Parikh and Professor Brodin – 3/25 at 12PM

Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with the details about your session. If demand exceeds spots, PILF will hold a fourth session and place later signups on a waitlist. If you can no longer make it once you’re assigned, please let PILF know ahead of time so that we can give another student your spot. If you are a 2L interested in attending, please sign up! We will be giving priority to the 1Ls but will include you if there is space.
