The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s diversity committee, called Diversity.Advanced has created a Stipend Program for diverse law students interested in pursuing antitrust and consumer protection careers by working in a federal agency or nonprofit organization that offers experience in these fields during summer 2023. Students that accept an offer from a Washington, D.C.-based summer 2023 internship at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division; Federal Trade Commission; Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; American Antitrust Institute, Open Markets Institute, etc., can apply to their program for a chance to obtain funding for their living expenses over the summer.
Diverse law students that are interested in antitrust or consumer protection law, are encouraged to apply to an internship at one of the aforementioned organizations and then complete this form to receive an application for funding from the Stipend Program.
