The Supreme Court’s decision to overrule Roe v. Wade and eliminate the federal constitutional right to abortion has transformed abortion rights, law, and access across the country. Since then, twenty-one states have banned, moved to ban, or severely restricted abortion with even more states certain or likely to do the same.
Panelists will discuss creative strategies and policy responses to help protect and promote access to abortion in the absence of a federal constitutional right.
