Pathways to Public Service: An Introduction to Equal Justice Works

This spring, Equal Justice Works (EJW) will host a series of virtual events that will bring together a diverse group of law students, law school professionals, and public interest leaders for substantive presentations and workshops on Equal Justice Works programming and resources.

Their final event will take place on Thursday, March 31 from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. ET (Eastern Time). EJW invites you to attend to learn more about all the law student and postgraduate opportunities offered by Equal Justice Works, and how you can get involved with the organization.

The program schedule is as follows:

  • 4:00 – 4:40 p.m. ET / General Overviewa comprehensive overview of EJW programming and resources, with a spotlight on their Disaster Resilience Program.
  • 4:40 – 4:45 p.m. ET / Short Break
  • 4:45 – 5:30 p.m. ET / Meet with Disaster Resilience Program Fellows – an opportunity to meet with current Fellows and alumni working to provide comprehensive legal services to communities facing instability before, during, and after disasters, and learn more about how to become an Equal Justice Works Fellow.

Registration will close an hour before the event. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with the appropriate Zoom meeting details.
