The Immigration Law Group will be hosting a training with Project Citizenship in preparation for volunteering with them on Citizenship Day on March 26. Held in conjunction with the City of Boston, this annual event has helped over 3,000 immigrants begin their path to citizenship. This year, the Project aims to help as many as 400 immigrants complete their applications for U.S. citizenship.
BC Law volunteers for Citizenship Day should register here.
Project Citizenship returns in-person to the Reggie Lewis Center on Saturday, March 26 to help pre-screened applicants begin their hopeful path to citizenship. BC Law students who register can attend the in-person training on-campus on March 23.
The training and time spent volunteering for Citizenship Day counts towards BC Law’s voluntary 50 hour pro bono pledge.
