Fellowship season is flying by, and Equal Justice Works (EJW) wants to help you make the most of it. Not sure how to get started? At this point, you should be working to identify the issue your project will seek to address, and beginning to consider an organization that may be a good fit for the work you’re proposing.
Think about your passions, goals, and the specific needs of your community: what problem do you want to solve? If you’re feeling stumped, check out page eight of EJW’s Fellowship Applicant Guide for a list of commonly-funded issue areas. Please note, this list is not comprehensive—check out the Fellow profiles and sponsor preferences list on EJW’s website for more inspiration.
Lastly, the informational webinars EJW hosts throughout the application period are designed to go over eligibility requirements, describe the process of creating a top tier application, and include time for audience questions and answers. Don’t miss EJW’s next applicant-focused session on July 20!
