Disaster Resilience Program: Summer 2021 Fellowships, 5K Stipend

The Disaster Resilience Program mobilizes Fellows and law students to provide free civil legal aid in disaster prone areas to ensure vital legal services are accessible, comprehensive, and responsive to the unique needs of individuals, families, and communities so lives can be stabilized and communities rebuilt to be more resilient.

This summer, selected Student Fellows will work alongside current Equal Justice Works Fellows to provide disaster relief while developing valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in legal aid. Students will work for 8-10 weeks at their host sites and receive a $5,000 stipend for their summer service.

Applications for the Disaster Resilience Program will open in early January.
