Alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) are disrupting the traditional delivery of legal services and, increasingly, states are demonstrating a willingness to leverage these ALSPs to address access-to-justice concerns. Most recently, Utah launched a pilot program allowing non-lawyers to provide certain legal services and allowed Rocket Lawyer to join the pilot program.
