Please keep in mind that school policy is that if an offer is extended from a judge, the student needs to accept that offer (does not apply to other types of employers). This applies to post-grad positions and summer internships. Judges can be truly offended if a student waits to hear from another judge (or other employer) and that can impact how the judge feels about applicants from our school in the future.
Just to make this even more interesting, please note that it has come to our attention that judges have made internship offers either without an interview or at the interview. Therefore, the best practice is to withdraw your application formally and immediately if you are going to pursue another opportunity.
